About the project

In 2018, the EPA estimated that packaging made up 28.1% of total MSW, or 82.2 million tons. The EPA also estimates that plastic and other packaging waste accounts for about 30% of all U.S. waste annually.

The goal of this project is to introduce a re-usable package for Vietnamese take outs for broth-based, steaming hot food.
